How to Use SodaStream MTN DEW Diet Drink Mix

Quick answer

To use SodaStream MTN DEW Diet Drink Mix, carbonate cold water first, then add the mix to taste and stir gently. This gives you a refreshing, low-calorie homemade soda in under a minute.

How to make your SodaStream MTN DEW Diet soda

1. Chill your water: Fill your SodaStream bottle with cold water up to the fill line. Cold water absorbs carbonation better than warm water. Always use cold water for best fizz.
2. Carbonate the water: Attach the bottle to your SodaStream machine and carbonate according to your machine's instructions. Aim for the recommended number of pumps for your desired fizz level. Don't over-carbonate; it can cause excessive foam when you add the mix.
3. Add the drink mix: Add the Diet MTN DEW drink mix to the carbonated water. Start with a small amount (e.g., a splash or a teaspoon) and stir gently with a spoon. Taste and add more mix if needed—you can always add, but you can't take away.
4. Serve and enjoy: Pour over ice if desired and enjoy your homemade zero-sugar soda. Store any unused mix in a cool, dry place. For a fun twist, try adding a squeeze of lime or lemon.
